Working Group for Equal Opportunities in Physics

The Working Group for Equal Opportunities in Physics (AKCP) deals with all topics related to equal opportunities and gender equality in physics.

The AKCP aims to make female physicists more visible and thus counteract the stereotype that physics is a male domain. In this way, the gender gap in physics will be narrowed on the long term and the framework conditions for female physicists will be improved both at universities and in the private sector.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the AKCP at the following e-mail address: chancengleichheit@oepg.at

Chairwoman:
Andrea Navarro Quezada (University of Linz)

Vice-Chairwoman:
Verena Auer-Weiss (University of Salzburg and Middle School Eugendorf)
