Kannst du zeichnen? Nein? Kein Problem, die Schönheit der Zeichnung ist nicht das oberste Bewertungskriterium!
Während der gemeinsamen Jahrestagung von ÖPG und SPS in Basel, 2023, veranstalten wir einen Cartoon Wettbewerb. Bewerbungen sind über das aufliegende Formular möglich, der Cartoon sollte auf die jeweilige Rückseite gezeichnet werden. Die Einreichbox befindet sich am Eingang des "Aula" Hörsaals der Universität Basel.

Gezeichnet werden kann ein Talk, das jeweilige Forschungsfeld, Forschungsthema, Poster, eine Arbeit wie einer Dissertation, oder irgendetwas das mit Physik zu tun hat. Der Spaßfaktor ist hier wichtiger als der Schönheitsfaktor, wenn ihr euch gegenseitig zum Lachen bringt ist unser Ziel erfüllt :)

Teilnahmebedingungen

To participate, you need to speficy your name and email address on the form. Also, you need to accept the following conditions of participation (first checkbox on the form):

1. Für die Teilnahme ist der vollständige Vor- und Nachname sowie eine E-Mail-Adresse anzugeben. Ebenfalls notwendig ist die Zustimmung zu diesen Teilnahmebedingungen. Die Teilnahmefrist endet mit Schließung des Tagungssekretariats. Pro Person kann nur ein Preis gewonnen werden.
2. Es ist keine Barablöse möglich. Preise werden ausschließlich in der DACH Region versandt.
3. Gewinner werden per E-Mail benachrichtigt.
4. Die von uns erhobenen und verarbeiteten personenbezogenen Daten werden zu Zwecken der Abwicklung der Gewinnspiele sowie, bei Zustimmung des Teilnehmers/der Teilnehmerin, zur Zusendung eines Newsletters verwendet. Die Teilnehmenden erklären sich mit der Veröffentlichung der Karikatur auf der Website der ÖPG und in sozialen Medien einverstanden.
5. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Es besteht kein einklagbarer Anspruch auf den Gewinn.

Cartoon Contest

Can you draw? No? No problem, prizes are not awarded for beauty in this case.
During the Annual Meeting of the ÖPG and SPS in Basel, 2023, we conduct a cartoon contest. You can participate by drawing a cartoon on the back of the participation form, and submit it at the venue in front of the "Aula" auditorium at Kollegienhaus of the University of Basel.

The idea is to draw your talk, your field, your research topic, your poster or your thesis, or whatever interesting (more or less physical) insights you want to share. Fun beats beauty here, don't be too serious with yourself :)

Quick facts:

• draw a cartoon on the backside of the participation form
• don't forget to include your Name, email and agreement to the conditions on the front
• Submit your cartoon by inserting it into the box next to the "Aula" auditorium until Fri, 8.9.2023
• Wait to be notified as winner

Conditions of Participation

To participate, you need to speficy your name and email address on the form. Also, you need to accept the following conditions of participation (first checkbox on the form):

1. The participation period ends with the closing of the conference secretariat (Friday, 8.9.2023, 12:00). Only one prize per person may be won.
2. No cash payment is possible. prices will shipped exclusively in the DACH region, if they cannot be handed to the winners in person.
3. Winners will be notified by email.
4. The personal data we collect and process is used for the purposes of processing of the competitions (first checkbox on the form) and, with the consent of the participant, to send a newsletter (second checkbox on the form). The participants agree to the publication of the cartoon on the ÖPG website and in social media.
5. The legal process is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the prize.
